You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation if the item is eligible for return. This authorisation is crucial for processing your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories and documentation that came with it. Include a copy of the return authorisation inside the package. Use the provided return shipping label or follow the instructions given by our customer service team.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow [30] business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take some time for the refund to be processed and posted.
