1. Delivery Fee and Free Shipping

Your delivery fee will vary depending on the delivery location. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you checkout before you purchase your products.
Please note: As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot or Post Office. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange re-delivery at their expense.

Rentokil Initial Pty Ltd recommends all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work, or other address, to minimise any redelivery delays and/or fees.


The couriers we use will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Please ensure a full address is entered in the checkout process.


All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that delivery timeframes may be impacted by high order volumes and/or delays within the network. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the courier service.
