Our air purifiers are covered by a 12 months warranty period from the date of purchase. During this time, we guarantee that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

What is Covered:

Defects arising from faulty workmanship or manufacturing.

What is Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or external factors beyond our control. Regular maintenance, filter replacements, or cleaning is required to maintain the product's optimal performance.

Claiming Warranty:

Consumer Law Rights:

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Rentokil-Initial will fulfil its obligations to ensure that the products we supply are of acceptable quality and match their descriptions.
